Custom automation, measured.
One process at a time: invoice flows, reconciliations, reporting pipelines, the close checklist itself. One agreed metric, measured over one month end, so the improvement is provable, not promised.
The best automations sit quietly in the background: an invoice lands in the inbox and gets processed there and then, a reconciliation starts the moment the statement arrives. Automation that waits for the work, so your team doesn't.
01 · What you get
One process, done properly, with the result on a scoreboard.
- One process automated end to end, built custom: agents, n8n, or code, whatever the process actually needs
- The metric agreed before I start: current value, target, and the close cycle we measure it over
- Best practice from day one: scoped access, documented run-book, versioned components, audit trail
- You own everything I build: code and implementation, no lock-in
Before I start, we agree one measurable improvement: where the number is today, where it should be, and which month end we measure it over. Provable, not promised.
02 · Who it's for
Teams with one process that eats the month.
You already know which one it is. Nearly half an analyst's week goes to finding and reconciling data before any analysis happens; that's not a headcount problem, it's a process that was never built, only accreted. I've been automating finance processes for fifteen years, long before LLMs existed. AI is my second toolkit, not my first job.
03 · The honest line
I don't ship numbers I can't verify.
And I don't automate a process that isn't understood. If your process is a mess we fix the process first; that's usually the fastest win anyway. If the AI you already licence is the better starting point, I'll say so: that's the Audited AI Close. And when the whole drive needs to be answerable and proven, that's the knowledge base build.
04 · When I leave
You run it. I stay reachable.
You own the automation outright: code, implementation, run-book. The routine changes are yours to make: a renamed account, a new supplier format, an adjusted threshold. The run-book marks exactly which changes are safe to self-serve, and we make a few of them together before I sign off the handover.
Structural change is a different kind of work: a new process, a new integration, anything touching the checks. For that I'm one email away. It's all documented and versioned well enough that any competent engineer could take it over. Most clients call me because I built it and it's faster.
