What this website collects
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages get read and which links get clicked. This sets Google analytics cookies in your browser. We see aggregate usage, not your identity, and we don’t combine it with any other data about you.
- Nothing else. The site has no forms, no accounts, no newsletter, and no advertising or social-media trackers.
What happens when you contact us
- Booking a call uses Google Calendar’s appointment booking, embedded on our booking page. Opening that page loads Google’s scheduling widget and any cookies it sets. The details you enter there (name, email, time) go to our Google Calendar under Google’s privacy policy. If you’d rather not load it, email us instead.
- Email or LinkedIn. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation is live, and we don’t add you to any list.
Client documents
Prospect and client documents (for workshops, pilots, or deployments) are never uploaded through this website and are handled under the terms agreed for that engagement: private workspace, no training on your data, deployment terms in writing. See the Grounded page for the security posture, and ask me anything before sending a single file.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to processing. Email karim@codelessops.com and it will be handled directly by the person responsible for it (there is no one else). If you’re unhappy with the answer, you can complain to the ICO.
To browse without analytics, most browsers and extensions can block Google Analytics. The site works identically without it.
